July’s winning grilled cheese recipe came to us from Tim Ryan, hence, “The Tim.” His recipe included Irish butter, sharp cheddar, bacon and pickles on white bread. GCDC was pleased to donate to JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes in support of Tim’s ride and terrific winning sandwich!

James’ winning recipe was Cheddar cheese topped with potato chips, chorizo and Sriracha on white bread. Delicious! GCDC will donate $100 to Children’s National on behalf of the winner.
